Join our fun and friendly class. Get rid of the weeks stresses and strains by exercising to a variety of music: latin, swing, 60's, 80'.... Sing along if you want! Beginners and people of all ages are very welcome. No mat work in this class.

Class time: 1:15 - 2:05.
