Details:
We train traditional Japanese karate, meeting twice a week in Heaton Moor at the Peel Moat Recreation Centre, Tuesdays from 8.30pm and Thursdays from 8pm. Everyone welcome, just come along and give it a try. All tuition is under black belt instruction and always in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Its a great way to keep fit and offers a continual learning opportunity so you get a sense of satisfaction from your training. Minimum age 10 years, older members most welcome too.
